Mira Schoppe was born on a small family farm in Downeast Maine, where she was raised with a holistic approach to health, nutrition, and wellness. This early foundation instilled in her a deep appreciation for nourishing the body, moving with intention, and supporting the mind and spirit.
After high school, during a bustling summer working in Bar Harbor, Mira received her first professional massage. The revitalizing effect was immediate and profound—it sparked a personal commitment to regular bodywork as a way to stay balanced and resilient.
In 2001, Mira moved to Vail, Colorado, where she embraced the mountain lifestyle and spent her free time on the slopes between long hours in the restaurant industry. Her curiosity about the human body deepened, leading her to pursue courses in Human Anatomy and Physiology. This exploration eventually guided her to enroll in a Doctorate of Physical Therapy program and, later, massage school—where she found her true calling.
As a licensed massage therapist, Mira brings a personalized and intuitive approach to every session. Her work is grounded in both science and spirit, offering clients a space to reconnect, recover, and recharge. Whether you're an athlete seeking recovery support, someone in need of deep relaxation, or a client interested in focused treatments like cellulite cupping, Mira ensures each session begins with intentional conversation to understand your unique goals.
Mira’s tranquil studio is designed to help you step away from the demands of everyday life and return to your center. She continues to expand her skills through ongoing education, integrating a wide range of therapeutic modalities to serve each individual’s needs.
Outside the treatment room, Mira cherishes time with her daughter Freya and the natural beauty of Colorado. You’ll often find her trail running, hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, or exploring new cultures on international adventures.
